Pipeline the Hollywood of surf - I went for the second time to Oahu on last january, big northern swells hit the north shore, i can say if you go to surf Hawaii`s North Shore, you are not going to have fun, it just to get your level harder, the wave is great (pipeline) the only problem is the crowd. But you really can enjoy the show neither inside the water or from the beach. Locals, it s ok, just respect their home, Pros, it s amazing to see those guys ripping: Garret Mcnamara, out from the third reef getting huge barrels, Kelly Slater playing with the inside wall of the barrell, and some other guys such as the living legend: Mike Stewart, for me was an honor to see with my own eyes this guys surfing. Thanks Spencer Skipper for let me took my first wave at pipe. It really was a good session for me the whole week. People just relax and be part of the show. Be Happy

no title - Just got back from Hawaii - i have experience on size at Todos and other spots on Baja -- and would much rather be there any day than this place ! Not saying the waves are better - but the atmosphere !

Pipe was cranking one day and there must have been 500 people in the water ! I took off on a 10 footer after waiting like an hour and like 10 people were on the same wave ! Got wiped out by some idiot and just paddled in ! It's a great wave just not worth the hassel !

what a bunch of kooks!! - i came down to Hawaii looking for surf and all i found was bitch as locals and shitty waves. You fuckin kooks, i live in san diego and we have better waves in one week than i could find in the whole month i stayed here. I'm never cominng back to hawaii, and if i see any of your sorry asses in my town you are fuckin done!
