Pipeline - Hey guys, I've been surfing for about two years and I love it I am from Belgium we don't get many wave here :(I am going to Hawaii and want to surf the pipe but I am thinking maybe I should wait and watch for maybe a week before trying it. What do yous think? I also heard some thing about nasty locals living on a volcom or something. Is this the true?

R.I.P Malik Joyeux - R.I.P Malik Joyeux 1980-2005.heys guys in new zealand we get some pretty good swell over the summer especially on the east coast on the north island.i have been and surfed the north shore and i no that nothing can match the power of spots such as pipeline or waimea bay but new zealand has some heavy spots.my secret spot in whangamata is mental and only breaks when its 15ft+.also the whanga bar is known to be the best sandbottom lefthander in the southern hemispare and has many barreling sections and a few launching ramps and places to pull off 3= cutbacks.so come to new zealand if you want to get away from the classic crowed hawaii.
hey boys... it's you're not your.... get a clue - read a book when is flat

The myth of big wave surfing - I think it was Bradshaw that said the dangers of surfing big waves was a myth. The ocean took three right after that (Mark, Donnie, and Todd). Seems to me like the ocean never loses. God bless boyz and remember to love the one's your with because their last impressions of you may be that! Aloha to the family of Malik. It always seems like the good leave way to soon.
Malik passes away at Pipe. - Super heavy Teahupoo charger passed away at Pipe this weekend. Very sad. Sadder still was when Jon Mozo passed away last year. He had young children and a young wife. To all of you who think Pipe is no big deal, better be REAL careful out there.
malik joyeux - SHHHHHIT Malik Joyeux died at Pipe...How craps that!
