Go down the bypass road to Poipu take a left and go down the way to the Hyatt. When you see the poipu ba golf rock wall sign turn in their and go to the end of the road and your there!
stayed over at the "Point at Poipu". shipwrecks was just a short walk. probably the staple break of my trip because it was working every day. definitely was able to rack up some barrel time. not the longest ride or anything but definitely a fun little wave. local scene was a bit imposing at first but give them some space and they're fine. even against us haoles heh.

the waves when i went were sick, some of the locals were alright, but there are some tough guys , but overall alot of bodyboarders little surfers, not as hollow as i thought it would be, but still a good spot when the swell is right
