Atmosphere

Gangs of wave hungry gulf coasters and a few east coast hardcores make the scene on hurricane swells. Strong wave on a swell with large shifty peaks that can suprise you. Most people think the gulf is weak, but it has its days just like anywhere else.

General

Hard to catch if you dont live there you've got to keep your eye on hurricanes and gulf winter lows to catch it good.

sweetness - I have caught the north jetty really nice. Chest to head high super clean. Take off at the tip of the jetty. peels left all the way to the beach. You could ride it with your eyes closed. Watched it real close from o-ville. kept a close eye on bouys, cams ,models, ect.. Caught it twice PERFECT!!!!
