Access is kind of difficult. Either you must know the gate code or you have to jump over the fence. Another option is to walk from the camp ground, but be prepared to climb over rocks.
Overview
Atmosphere
Because it is hidden by the Seacliff gated community, it is almost always empty except for the occasional friendly resident. It is an easy wave and it is slightly mushy.
General
This spot doesn't exactly have world class waves, but for those of you who don't like crowds, this is good.
stayed there this summer
definitely private area at high tide. can walk in at low tide or paddle but it sux anyways. caught it on a head high day last year and wuz kinda fun( no one out) super mushy. always better somewhere else.

Gate Code: Walk Around
Sea Cliff is NOT a private beach! Your access options are: Exit Sea Cliff, park, walk along the offramp till your toes are wet. Or, park at the state beach jsut below the break & walk. The wave usually isn't worth paddling out, but it has it's days if you check it a lot.
