Why can't THIS neighborhood-by-the-seacliffe simply SET their Pita-bred minds 2 RECIEVE?!

This spot is now and will always be the spot for every flailing, falling, board - shooting, stinkbugging, Kook in the Ventura area. Notice the guy who listed it gave directions from Pasadena.
