Line up directly in front of the big rock that sticks out like a sore thumb and follow the wave from there. The left is kindy mushy but the right is really hollow on a low tide and rides out for quite aways down the leeward side of the island. Needs a large NW for that. 285 degrees or so for the swell to really start showing

Great wave. Surfed it quite a few times. Good for bodyboarding too. Lots of seals in the water = BIG SHARKS. So be careful. Also there has been a large growth of kelp in the are lately. Watch out. Good fishing when the surf dies.
