Peaks up and down the beach. A right starts at El Carmel and ends at Manhattan Ct. Likes combo swells, or small sw, w, nw, and n swells. Winds destroy it after 10 a.m.

Its really uncrowed, and the locals are mellow...well if your local that is...

Its not one of the better spots in Mission, but one of the least crowded areas.
