surfing in SF area - This message is a bit of a long shot, I'm from Canada, I've surfed up here a bit, I'm going to be in Cupertino for a few days, I want to find out if I can get someone to take me to a good begiinner surfing area in area, I can pay expenses or whatever, not really for instruction (though that would be welcome as well) its just, I don't want to head out alone. Any ideas? It would be Saturday, Feb 1.

Looking for Lessons and/or surfing partner - I'm an advanced beginner surfer; I've been out a dozen times in San Diego and would like to surf up here, where I live. Having not been out yet in Northern California surf I don't feel confident enough to go on my own, I'd like to go out with someone more knowledgeable and experienced than I am, to learn from. Rob. all messed up - webmaster, this whole page is messed up. on the map, you list pedro point as north of linda mar, when in fact it is the point south of linda mar. also, half of the spots listed in the "spots" section are down in half-moon bay in san mateo county, NOT in SF/Marin. Indeed, you dont even list a single marin spot (btw, i will add some marin spots for you to ponder including.
