Pretty fun. Long rides but soft and not a lot of push. Inconsistent. Dropper in on Kalani Robb. No biggie, he took off deep. I didn't get in his way and pulled out when I seen him.

Surfed a contest that I did well in. Fun Barrels, although it was a combined north/south so wave direction was left. I am regular stanced so I was backside on almost any wave.

Best wintertime right bowls in the whole OC 4 boogiers!
Check the surf-reports 4 west or nw swell action 1st. Be sure to arrive EARLY, call ALL the spongers u know on your cell phone, & u can make the crowd consist entirely of YOUR PALS! The only stand-ups who surf it are ALWAYS showing up too late, coz they're either smoked-out or hung-over from partying the night b-4!! You REALLY gotta drop-in on ANY boards coz they've got leashes in case they wipe-out; which is often since they try acting 'cool' by taking-off way 2 far back on the grinding right-hand barrels there. It breaks almost like Jeffrey's bay - only shorter; or Backdoor Pipeline - but slightly smaller. NEVER let ANY stand-ups get a wave to themselves, no matter what u have to do. the truth is that Salt Creek is 1st come, 1st served, since it's a PUBLIC county beach park meant for spongers ONLY!!!
