If two old whores is breaking, there are much better waves at Trestles or T-Street/Pier. I lived across the street for 20 years, it's ok for a quick session but not worth getting on a freeway for. No bathroom, so chicks don't dig it. The Amtrack assholes piled a bunch of new boulders along the tracks making the beach nonexistent at high tide and disrupting the sandbars. Weird new rocks popping up. Flies and kelpy the rest of the time. The bluffs leach waste water from old septic systems, so don't gargle! Otherwise it can be really fun twice a year like in the pictures.
