Sooke Harbour Access
  When you get to Sooke (just past Victoria on the way to Jordan River) drive through the town and keep going. About kilometer past Sooke going north turn left on the road down to Wiffen Spit. Enjoy.

I wouldn't advise attempting this spot at a lower tide, the layout is sketchy at best.The should call this wave barnacles. In fact I will call it that from now on.
