Works well before and after big swell has passed. Usually pick up anything at all, so when other spots are flat as a lake, this should still be surfable. Semi points coming off the little rocks on the left and right hand side of the first beach by the parking lot, but for better beach break walk down the beach until you find a peak you like.

Atmosphere
Place is ultra mellow and a definite begginers spot, but can be fun. I have caught it several times head high and glassy and endless peaks.
General
A good spot to go when the swell isn't making the points and reefs go off or if you are looking for some decent beach break for Nova Scotia.

Beautiful Martinique
I third that. I ventured down to Martinique a couple of weeks ago for the 1st time mainly just to find some surf since L-town was pretty flat. It wasn't a lot better but the view is just amazing here. I will definitely make my way back a few times this Summer.
