Beautiful Martinique
I third that. I ventured down to Martinique a couple of weeks ago for the 1st time mainly just to find some surf since L-town was pretty flat. It wasn't a lot better but the view is just amazing here. I will definitely make my way back a few times this Summer.

Martinique
This is a beautiful beach with blue water, if the waves are not up to it, chill out and know your in the most beautiful spot in canada

Last time I was there it was mushy. But its a nice beach to chill at it. It's never crowded either because its sooo long. Finding an empty spot would be no problem.

Longboard summer fun
This is a great place to chill with the family and catch some nice long August swell beach break. I have been there on a beautiful clean day with only a handful of guys in the water catching rides that peeled on forever. Have also been there when it is as flat as a pancake but the kids had a ball in the shin high surf on the old man's longboard. No matter what the conditions, Martinique is a great beach and a real NS jewel.

I Like Martinque
I like Martinique, its a greeeeeeat wave. No seriously it's hit or miss with this spot. If any sandbars are shaped up good, tasty barrells on a sold swell will be your reward. If not have fun surfing closeouts and perfecting your oh so nifty floaters.
