Left Point Access
Head east from Halifax/Dartmouth area and stay on the coastal highway. Eventually you'll get to Lawrencetown. Pass the cemetary on left, cross river. Spot big old house on the point on your right. there is a left point here (the tea house). keep driving. on other side of headland is another is right point aptly named 'the point' and a big beach (lawrencetown beach). these three spots work in the summer but only work from about 1.5m to 3.5 m.That'll give you a waist to a foot over head wave. drive past beach parking area. You'll see a road on your right after beach with a few beach houses on it. drive a couple hundred metres past this and park. You can't miss the left point here. If you want to take a look at the swell before walking out then instead of parking turn left into the subdivision and drive up till road swings right and you'll get a boss view.

Additional Surfing Infos
Pretty small pocket to take off in. Some barrels on take off, then slows up so you can hit it. Sometimes the offshore wind can be heavy. If you fall on the drop you'll be pulled quickly into the rocks. There is no real channel and getting out of the water can be brutal on a big day. You got a choice of getting in through the closed out beach or you can negotite the rocks and rip on the point. Whatever both choices suck. If your going to get out on the point then be carefull: lots of rocks on the beach so when it gets big just point yourself toward the beach and take it.

Beware of the snot face that waxes windows while there's only two guys out. May a boulder crack your face. You're a Snot face.
