| | the only bad thing about it is that you have to surf it prone or drop knee, if you stand the life guards get pissed off.
also it is crowed at weekends. im not to sure about the weekdays. i said it was a sandy bottom but thats because plastic was not an option.

you can get a ride for more than two minutes here on any day and the paddle out is really easy, you will be amazed. no surfboards are alowed on the wave so if you want to surf you will have to go somewhere else.
the wave is good every day of the year and it works on any swell and any wind direction.
so dont be put of by the fact that most people think that dubai dosent have waves.
kelly slater was one famous surfer, of many, to come out for the event that was held out here last year.

What a flow rider!
There are two waves: the main flow rider with a nice tube and a pool for beginners.
Only bodyboards are allowed. You can do drop knee but no stand up.
