Drive to Hof-Shunit beach in Caesarea. Park the car and don't leave any thing inside it ! Walk on the beach to the south until you will get to the fence, pass the fence and kick ass.
est in winter, after a big storm. on regular day there is only one pick (left wave) and it is very crowded. on a good day several picks with right and lefts. On a big swell it is better to pass the waves by going with the elevator besid the breaker.

My home beach!
Although the beaches of Haifa closer to my town I drive allways the Arubot beach.
The beach can be divided into 3 sections: Aroubot north, Aroubot south and Kibutz sdot yam beach.
My favourit one is "Sdot yam". Very good waves in the morning and zero crowed for the early comers. another plus is the warm water of the beach caused by the huge underwater disposal tube of the heating system of the nearby power plant.
