Danger
'Danger' got it`s name back in the early 90`s from the groms who walked the 2 kms from 'Tel-Baruk' beach south towards the 'Reading' power-station & read a warning sign posted there 'DANGER'. The danger was to bathers who, because of no lifeguard facilities, could easily drown on a wavey day or by strong currents. Some groms are ready to make the 'pilgrimage' to 'Danger' when they feel the conditions are right & you can get a very clean 50m frontside ride for your loyalty (& empty waves!).
