Go to Langland at low tide when Gennith (Llangenith) is 5 foot+ Paddle out to the left of the reef for about 10 minutes and you'll see it.

Great for Head Dips - I surfed this place years ago, before all the hype. I can hook my mal under the lip and dip my head into some whitewater tubes. If your core enough give it a go, if not go right then left then right again.
