	Kimmeridge Bay (Bench) Access
	At kimmeridge bay its the furthest point to your right (facing the sea), walk round the bottom of cliffs (1mile - 20mins) past 'Bods Beauties' Not accesible mon-thurs 0900-1700 and fri 0900-1200 as its in the middle of a live firing range. IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBTS - ASK AT THE RANGE CONTROL HUT. Acces to this spot is a privilidge and one that can be revoked at any time if people do not respect the Army's rules.

	No matter how excited you are about the swell - drive slowly through the village - people live here, and no wave is worth a kids life.
	Overview
	Atmosphere	Some good local surfers, there may be alot of people in the water but hardly any catching waves when its overhead.
	General	It Rocks ! world class on its day but isn't everywhere. Be careful of the shallow spot which almost sucks dry at lo-tide (the waa-boomf section)

I remember in a surf shop in Southborne (forgot its name) there was a pic of the bench going off, it was a great picture too, all framed and everything. It is probably gone now though.

Kimmeridge
I surfed here alone in 1979 & 1980 when I worked on the 'Witch-Farm' oil-wells site. It was clean & radical! But really f.....g 'monkeys'! Please take note about driving thro` the village real slow, respecting the village folk & one of mother-nature`s most beautiful parts of southern England!
