rude boys
I surf here a fair bit, a while back the welsh crew were on it, just kept paddling past evryone after each wave, you know who you are and you should know better, you are wearing out your welcome.

aint no secret
i love this place but dont surf it very often coz of the crowds and i mean crowds up to 10 out and its cool upto 15 gets a bit hassaly but managable 20 plus and its down right dangerous unless its big then its prett hairy anyway.
i wouldnt class my self as a local as i live about 35 miles away and surf it occasionaly but it realy fks me off when some geordie tells me i aint from around here and go and surf somewhere else wether you are from here or a cornish pastie show respect to all
and enjoy the surf when it rolls in Ps one of my ancestors taught captain cook to sail and i aint joking maybe i am a local after all !!!

Blacks CA dude
Dude, your from CA. You probably can surf most days of the year if your willing to go out in average surf. I live on the East Coast of the UK, check the swell window. We get half a dozen good swells a year, the rest you probably wouldn't even go out in. The locals here usually dont get the best waves when its on becasue we dont surf as well or frequent as the surf life style kiddies that get paid to turn on the rare occasion its good for photos.
They come here, rape the sessions and then go and do the same thing next week somewhere else. Leaving us frustrated and having to wait and hope its not as busy the next session.
Its not the fact that they even do it , its the fact that they dont care.
I honestly think if you lived here and had surf this wave through the last 3 decades you would feel the same way.
