Hoax This place is always 2 foot smaller than the main breaks and extremely tidally sensitive. Half the time I go here I end up walking back to the car and going the other side of the bay or towards Bude where it will be bigger and will work for more than an hour.

my bum itches been surfing here for a while, its a fairly good wave but just not enough space to handle a crowd. I have not experienced any trouble at this spots yet.

joel @ the ho! only lived at the ho! a year or so and surfed the cliffs 3 times and on the 3rd time i ended up firing liquid from both ends and then the girlfriend caught it and had to go to hospital with "abdominal spasms". so wouldnt really recommend this break. Its about a half hour walk and localised.so to be honest id go to sandymouth or just surf the beach at ho!The cliffs are already busy enough with angry braindead locals so no need to upset them anymore. And the insults on here are sad really cheer up or just hurry up and throw yourself off bideford bridge

Local In the Club?!? You mean that sorry excuse for a shed by the amusement arcade? Do I have to be a member of The Club to surf "your waves". To think of all the places I have surfed around the world and not been a member of a Club...its a wonder I'm still alive after trespassing on all those other surfer's 'turf'!!! What a joke. Seriously though, I live in Bideford and have no interest in joining a club or pretending to be mates with someone to surf 'their' breaks. I'll surf wherever I like thanks, and if there is a friendly face in the lineup then that's a bonus. F*cking inbred c*nts.
