This wave sucks! A hassle to get there then when you do all you get is close outs! Not worth it.

hey dudes a great spot which i go to all the time, its great seeing the waves from woolacombe and the stupid whitewater crashing on the swell boarders eds, if u want to get away from the crowd then this is the place, we all cool there too not like croyde. we share there not fight :) check it out and i hope u ave a great surf.

Don't bother with your silly insults children. I was out at coombesgate a couple of weeks ago when it was 5-6ft heaving barrels and there was only about 5 of us out. Where were all you "locals" then?

By the way, there are some sick right hand barrels to be had on a very low tide. Better than Croyde I think because its a longer ride.

Beware of low tide pipe, word has it that there is a barrel for everyone, don't believe the hype, only the strong survive. All lefts are restricted zones when the crew is on it.

I also got beaten up here for paddling in the local's side of the beach. Don't surf here i advise you go to croyde or putsbourough, or like me after becoming so nervous around people after my heavy woolacombe beating that i now rarely venture out the house. except on a full moon.
