It is a wave maily ridden by Spongers! Locals get a bit arsey, but it is a sick claen, powerful wedge, that'll keep you stoked for days!

this place is underated - tolcarne produces a sick wave in a sheltered spot. ive always had a clean wave down here on my travels and am always impressed by the standard of the spongers. some good longboard riding by the blow-ins on this wedgy wave put the shortboard riders to shame!

- i regularly surf tolcarne when im down newquay end of the country, its more sheltered than fistral, definately worth checking if fistral is a no no. as for the locals, theyre friendly and are very good. check it out if youre in the area. the steps are a nightmare after a long session on tired legs!

yeee - yo my names sam carlile i like goin down tolcarne cus u can get into sum deep barrels and its the shit just like me! i sometimes ave a w*nk over tolcarne! thats how good it is!!!
