At the northern end of Upton Towans is Peter’s Point, which is less popular on account of its difficult access, but often gives more interesting surf than the longer beaches as it generally picks up more swell.as you drive down to carbis bay theres a foot path you follow the foot path down and your there
upton
there is more than one upton in cornwall. The section of St Ives Bay between Beachside and Peter's is also known as Upton Towans.

Get a grip guys.
This chap is talking about HAWKES POINT. There is also a different way to access it from the end of a road, turn right not far from reaching the station. Park at the end of the road, turn left directly by Hawkes Point House, follow the path, go over the railway line, turn right and head down the cliff path. Hardly a secret spot, was there yesterday and the place was zooed.
