ed knight is a legend hes good at airs. st brelades is an awesome spot surf the pier its amazing.

pole rock
If your their at low tide you can see if there will be any surf at high if there are waves washing up onto pole rock (a pole that sticks out of a rock towards the west end of the bay a few hundread meters out to sea).
