Warning for flying with boards - just a word of warning for those flying to or from Spain with Iberia Airlines (national airline and One World partners with British Airways et al) and hoping to take surfboards: coming back from a recent trip to Spain Iberia tried to charge me €260 excess to fly one surfboard back to the UK!!!!!!!!!!! despite this being more than the ticket itself they were not willing to budge. this is the most horrendous sur-charge i've ever heard of for boards. i ended up flying it back with a friend with a low cost airline for €15 for the same journey (that's a difference of €245 for the same service). Iberia also lost my bag (and have done every single time i've travelled with them). my advice- don't travel with Iberia. ever.

housing i spain,surfschools - Hi, We are two families that are planning spending the summer 2006 in northern Spain for surfing.

Northern spain - Northern spain is a shithole, if you like the taste of someone elses shit in the morning go ahead jump in, otherwise don't go near it. It smells, it's dirty and there's rubbish everywhere i hav never been anywhere in the world i wanted to get out of quickr. UUuuuuuurggh i hate it.
