buying a board in bilbao - I may be going to BIlbao in early october and i am wondering how much a board would cost to buy there. I could take my board from home but not sure if its worth the hassle of carrying it around beforehand.

pregnant surfing - hello,

my girlfriend will be pregnant around september, but this one still wants to surf with the homies in zarautz. So if someone knows a good adress(no tent) please let me know. Forgotten we have a dog (who will be 8 months old in september).

Questions reg. Bilbao; Surfing, living, parties, anything - Hi,

Doing an exchange semester to the University of Deusto in Bilbao from mid january 2005 to july. Anyone who could fill me in on things like where to live, what to do, where to party, oil spills on the beaches etc.??? Going there to work om my surfing, which really suck at the moment, so I'm super stoked (shortboard, no steep take-offs, can ride mellow waves,but that's it)...

what's up with oil? - I've been to euskadi in february 2003...the sanitary authorities didn't let you in the water because of prestige's spilled oil: what's going on now? I'm going to san sebastian next week.

there's a big surfshop directly at Playa de Gros, I think the name was "Pukas". They have plenty of quite new boards for rent or to buy.

renting boards in san sebastian - hi, a group of us are traveling to san sebastian and the question is whether to bring a board or rent one. if it's anything like portugal, i'm bringing my board, but if the shops are established and have a range of boards, i may just rent one. any comments?
