Additional Surfing Infos
This beach is excellent as it picks all the small swell. The landscape is beautiful and the village very typical. Few surfers. So what's the problem ? This is the most polluted beach in this area. This pollution comes from the mines on the main road.
  Overview
Atmosphere It would have been a perfect spot without the pollution !
General Don't put a foot in this kind of water, and write to your local congresman/euroMP whatever.... This kind of eco vandalism must be stopped.

Lots of gumbys
Waves supposedly but all I saw was lots of gumbys, so look out if your cooling off in the shorey with your tackers when its small and sloppy.

I also went to this beach, and i approve of what you have written. It was the best beach I went to during my trip in asturias. Not many people in the water, and good waves! The landscape is more beautiful than in big spots in front of important cities.

about playa de vega...
i'm french & i want for a trip until Galicia (stop at anglet, mundaka,...) but the best waves were here. there were about 3m and a very nice water colored, with only 4 or 5 locals. It was pretty good! I 'll try to send photos of this place. thank you for your help!
