Hey, "lonelywindsurfer" You mixup some things: With no waves, You are only a boardsailor! Remember - NO WAVES - NO SURF - NO WINDSURF.
So stay away from Tarifa, and, if You wanna do windsurfing, go to Maui instead.

Empty in winter
The posts above are from ppl who ahve gone to tarifa in the peak month - Summer. I kitesurf and I can tell you it is bloody crowded. I have also been in winter and 1) the waves are much bigger 2) it is empty!

there is no fucking waves there....only windsurfers....so you stupid surfers stay away from there or i will run you over with my windsurfer...ahhahahahheehehhehe
