Winter beach break I am a local from cadiz (Santa marķa Beach) and its just a winter beach break. If you go during summer, you will probably see a flat sea with plenty of families spending a beach day. In winter, there are quite nice waves (around 1 meter high) but not regular depending on the wind. Localism practically does not exist as we consider that ocean belongs to noone and opposite attitude is just a matter of how many neuronas youve got in your brain.
