Pego, Carvalhal and Comporta - These beaches are the best of Portugal to have a nice beach day, not to surf. I have an holiday house in comporta and I drive 50 km to go to S. Torpes to surf.Anyway there are some floppy waves in the falling tide that can be "surfable". Better suitable for body borders. Good waves!
