Pego, Carvalhal and Comporta - These beaches are the best of Portugal to have a nice beach day, not to surf.

I have an holiday house in comporta and I drive 50 km to go to S. Torpes to surf.

Anyway there are some floppy waves in the falling tide that can be "surfable". Better suitable for body borders. Good waves!
