hi, does anyone know of any clean comfortable affordable accommodation close to surf and village that would suit a Kiwi family with two children from July to Oct 2008?

hey,debating a 5 day break to ereceira or possibly algarve in mid december...would be delighte would some one let me know what conditions are like there then and what the wather is like also cheers
