of course u can sit in front of the break a really long time and wait for it to happen. it can be the best wave known to man for all we know, but dont hold your breath waiting. every wave has its day, the question is how often.there is no doubt whatsoever that the waves are bigger and better at jæren. there you can go and it will be likely that you will encounter surfable waves on a regular basis. It dont have to be christmas and the 17. of may on the same day for it be good. and i am of the opinion that the info given about the spot is made by some over-stoked local peasant that surfed it once after a storm or something. it might have been good, but u can shit your pants it was better at some of the other spots listed here
