this place is usually empty. first, because it hardly ever breaks. Second, when it`s on it`s better somewhere else. Third, it`s a long walk. If you are surfing Bore or Toveisbukten in the summertime and its getting bigger, its kinda nice to padle or walk over to fuglingane and surf there.

fuglingane is a special kinda wave. it starts to break by a small island and keeps on going into a little bay. It can be quite a long ride by norwegian standards. The right is the longer and the real fuglingane wave. the "left" is much steeper, shorter and powerful. That`s beacause it`S a closeout.
