Dude! - Dude I can't believe you live in Naples and say you are going through surf withdrawal! That part of the Med gets lots of swells from different directions- a beautiful and off-the-beaten-path place to surf! Just go exploring along the coasts and you'll find waves. There's a surf report published by The Surf Report on Italy that might point out a spot or two around Naples. Bring a bottle of wine to treat the local farmer who lets you through his property to surf, and you'll be in heaven surfing those pastoral beaches and point breaks! Only the cows with their bells and the herdsmen on the bluffs will be there to watch you! But... you may just find an Italian lover to suit your every post-surf lust!

help? - I am moving to Naples in May. I was wondering if anybody could tell me if there is any surf around there, if so, how the swells work. I know there are alot of wind swells at places like that. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Rome in October - here I come!! - I'm hoping to come to Rome at the end of October to stay with a friend and wanted to catch a couple of days surf. I'll probably hire a car but would welcome ideas on where to head for on the coast and where to stay for a couple of nights.
