This is one of shorboarder favorites spots, beacuse the nearly rock island is the spot of lonboarder, and waves in this spot are more power and hollow than rock island but shorter.
This spot can be very dangerous with a north swell, and can get to 2,5 m with a very low bottom, when is so big you can't surf there because the sea is to active, and you could surf the smaller spot, the lion's cage(that is about 1,5m when outside is so big, but is fucking dangerous!).

I hurt myself in this spot last year (not here, for exactly in the lion's cage), and so friends of mine decide to call this spot devil's break in the honor of my big accident(my board impact on the bottom and I faul to a fin, and cut my leg... Terrible experience...) Is not easy to surf this wave beacuse is very fast, steep and power so take a little bit of experience before come here.

I'm a local of this spot, and when it work we are just 5 or 6 persons with the shortboard. We don't do localism but we don't like when longboarders come here...
This is my favourite spot, because is the most adrenalinic spot in the town. The only problem is that the waves are usually short.
