Additional Surfing Infos

  Overview
Atmosphere Tidy small beach - better breaks to either side but rocks/reef below, best to stick to centre although can be messy when big big swells - hard to judge what its going to be like - best a day or 2 after stormy conditions ....... no promises!

Fickle but can be A1
Went there yesterday. Had a tiny onshore wind which turned most waves to slop but can be great on its day. I would make this my first choice but may just work if your passing

Inch beach (Near Midleton)
Gets regular swell. Much less hassle than driving to clonakilty. Can get big. Easy paddle out even in big surf using rip on left of beach. Getting b busy lately but ok in winter, no twats out!
