In Bundoran, at the bottom of the main street (going North), turn in at the KFC outlet and continue up the road past the surfer's cove chalets. On the left there is a walk down to the beach.
On a sunny sunday afternoon u may find an average crowd but never more than 10 people. Surfers are well -respected in the area, and there is an excellent surfshop in the main street run by Richie Fitzgerald.
Easy Access
The best thing about Tullan is the fact that you can avoid the breakers by walking along the rocks and jumping in out the back, great for when your hungover!

Tullan a right??
Tullan may be a right at some of the peaks to the north of the beach but the main break under the cliff is a perfect left. It works on nearly all swells and can oftne be 4ft and glassy when the Peak and Pampa are 2feet and sloppy as hell.Either surf this wave durin the week or set your alarm clock for 6am as this wave will be packed by 10/11am. Some really skillful kids surf this break, way better than most of us "elders" lol. brilliant place to surf
