Leave the main road on your way from the donegal town bypass just past murvagh beach. Rossnowlagh is signposted. Drive straight to the sand house hotel and there is a car park.

this place is an amazing place to learn to surf but is not to good for experienced surfers. you may get the odd good day when it is about three foot and clean, despite this it is worth checking out on the long board if nowhere else is any good. best place to surf here is in front of the lifeguard station but it can get crowded on a good summers day.
