Drive the Côte sauvage road from La Palmyre to the North. After the road to the lighthouse, count exactly 2.0 km. There is a small track on the left going to the main spot of the Côte sauvage. 10 km of beachbreak that can be very hollow!!!! all places have to be checked
Early session is better cose there are sometime surf schools coming to the spot. It's a bit crowded in this situation... but many other good spots on the same beach are available
Overview
Atmosphere
This spot on some days is really excellent, but strong current whith north wind or big tides. Really good for beginners and high quality surfschool.

cool spot
surf this on plenty of times, best at bouverie beach( the central entrance/middle car park off the main bend on the cote. Waves can be excellent at times and crap at others...but on the right day and tide you can stay out there all day unitl high tide when the sand banks tend to flatten it out. Best waves to be had on incoming tide. Camp sites are close by espesh one near lighthouse entrance...get in get wet
