It's one of the spots of Anglet.Like the others, it's a classic beach-break. It can be wonderful and sometimes very very bad.
Be careful during summer because it's crowded.

Swede - Is this a good spot for newbies, concerning waves and possble pissed off locals?
By anonymous , 29-03-2005
.. - Yeah nice wave.. arrogant locals.. nice girls.. and sneaky bastards from martinique that steal your shit while you're out surfing..

Not a summer spot... - Not an incredible wave at all. Surf schools sometimes invade a peak that already holds more than 50 beginners at a time! I have seen it going off on maybe 5 summer days out of a 100. But yeah, the chicks are pretty nice though! Go up the coast to Les Landes or Charente-maritime instead, you'll get the same kind of waves and sometimes longer, better spots and nobody around.
