need a board - hey im from Peru but i live in brussels and im going on a trip to tenerife in late april. i already surf but i cant do it in brussels so i need to surf while im in tenerife and i would like to know where i can rent a surfboard in Puerto de la Cruz. Also if someone could tell me the best place to surf near to the Catalonia Las Vegas hotel in Puerto de la Cruz. Thank you.

need2surf - I am from and currently live in Dundee Scotland.I surf and lived in california for 20 yrs. Im back in scotland but im looking for a warm place with good surf. My board got smashed to pieces during shipping so im a bit pissed off. I was checking the canaries and found this message board. Any1 that can give me advice on Tenerife would be cool. I lived close to Mexico so i know a little spanish. How is it over there for jobs? I can deal with the localism, after all its all about respect! I worked on the bud pro tour for a few years so ive been around and can surf. Any advice would be welcome. thanx..cold and bored in scotland..

no title - Hi, I'm going to Tenerife this year in late june early july, I live by the coast and often surf. I'm aware that Tenerife has surf and I was wondering if there would be and point in taking my board over at that time of the year. Is there and swell that time? and I'm only going for a week so I don't want to waste money on taking my board over to find no surf!!! I'm going to Playa de las americas so any info on near by breaks would be great. thanks alot!

Surf schools - Hey guys and girls!

Well I`m 16 years oldl (female) and can`t surf often as I life in a land without a sea. But have tried it twice and loved it. Probably my parents want to go to Tenerife (not sure yet) and of course I want to go surfing there again, but i think it`s better not to go in without anyone else. So is there a surf school in Tenerife?

WheretorentaboardinPlayaAmericasplease? - Going to Playa Americas in Dec. Could anyone tell me where to rent a board in that area please? I would also really apreciate some advice on where a guy can try his luck at surfing for the second time ever. (Ideally it's close to Playa Americas with a sandy beach where my girlfriend can soak up the sunshine whilst I swallow water.) Cheers!
