canarian guys
i lived one year in tenerife, now for month in fuerte...most of the people are against tourists, foreign people whatever...i guess its because most of them never went to other places...twenty years the same islands (like much islands) or island and thats it...although ive met also some nice guys here and there but most of the canarian people (not only surfers) are a bit strange cause if the tourismthing stops there will be left nothing than goats ...however they don·t know something like respect (without a few nice people...)...
thats it

you need 2 chill out
geez u guys really need 2 chill out, the reason i started surfing was becasue of the lifestyle chilled out peeps etc, but idiots like you guys give surfing a bad name, theres no such thing as a locals only break, fair enough respect the regulars but that break is nobodies in particular 1st come 1st served if some1 wants to surf a break there completely within there right to do so nobody owns the sea, enjoy surfing for what it is u dont have to pay to ride waves so why nail each other?? U guys wouldn't survive 10 secs in england u have enough breaks 2 go round we only have a few 2 share!! once again be nice u might visit that tourists country 1 day and u'd expect decent treatment like they expected from you.

Peace out

Sick
I use to surf there, and when its Big,you have to bea really good surfer to take off it.
Its quite difficult to surf there when you dont know the locals and the bodyboarders, they wont let you drop any wave.
Just be carefull with the reef its fuckin dry.

This place is one of the best genuine big wave spots in Europe, only visited a couple of times but once it was fucking big, call it what size you like 15ft is my guess, thing is its a flawless grinding beast, like to see the pro`s out there. (i didn`t surf it that day-honest)
