tides surfed this place three times last week works on all tides but best at lower as its hollower if north track is on shore head straight here its good lefts and rights but expect the odd drop in off the more ignorant locals.

Spot U Surfed El Burro in Feb 98. Scored it perfect. Didn't know what it was called then so we named it Spot U as it was totally horeshoeing into a perfect A-frame, with left and right barrells. Going back in 4 weeks hoping to score it again.

Glassy You can see the bottom really clearly as you are riding this wave. It must be the right light and clear water that does it. I've gone left and right here. Cracking little wave.

left and right I've surfed this break a few times and there's both a left and right on the right swell. The left is better, but I prefer lefts so it would be

Right? Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't the point at Glass Beach break to the left? Quite sure it does!!!

Good in summer Stayed on the island for two weeks in the summer (had to take the chick then), surfed the point almost everyday. Every now and then it got head high and a bit chunky. Worth checking if you can't be arsed driving across to the other side of the island or along that fecked up dirt track on the north shore.....Better in the winter/spring though.

Glass Beach If there are too many sailboarder around, go for the right he he they can't follow you against the wind. And if after all is too windy, go to Esquinzo, on the Cotillo side of the island
