I am really surprised, I am from Romania and I tryed to surf in Vama Vache which is 30 Km north of Shabla but never get any waves. Are this places you are talking constant or there are waves only when is storm?

It is never too late
It is never too late, but it is better late, then never to discover this beautifful spot on Black Sea coast.
