20 foot in the atlantic, i love it. we do have somthin. even tho im from jersey, where ive never seen it over 12ft. and that was pretty much unsurfable, i wanna see a picture of this spot with a person surfing so i can get some kind of idea of size

Caldeira is in São Jorge Island not on Terceira so don,t follow Eric instroctions.

Hummm ? Sorry but i have seen people surf at Caldeira, is it Dangerous ? yup! Very Dangerous indeed...but it´s an amazing wave, Hollow Powerfull and Dangerous like any world quality wave...near the rocks ? yup indeed...so what ?

Get a hair cut Firts, i nerver surfed there. Second, for who knows, Caldeira de Santo Cristo is one of the best of Europe, everyone says that, not you of course, but good, you aren't needed, go play elsewhere.Thanks

Looks like a hoax spot to me Rocky bluff shoreline, huge boulders in the water everywhere, unruly open-ocean exposure. You mean to tell me this is a surf spot? Please, spare me the effort ... I could take a million photos just like this in Sonoma... rocks and surf. (but NOT surfing).
