Surf in Rio Grand - I have been down to Rincon a few times but this trip is with the kids so we are staying at the Westin Rio Mar Beach Resort near Grande. Does anyone know if there is any good breaks near this hotel? I don't think I will have a car so I need to find something close. From the map it looks like there is a river about a half mile to the east.

Any info would be appreciated.

danderso - Can be good, can be not that good, but can be excellent. Who knows, I think it's gonna be great! Just come dowm and don't forget your board and shorts. Check surfer beach- Isabela, "Hallows" - Arecibo, Aviones - San Juan, just to name a few, lots of places.
