must drive to the town of Barceloneta on the north locate the Boca thats where people go to eat seafood then must cross river walk down the coast to arrive the spot take water and food cause everything is far away!
Go to Rincon instead. This place is isolated and you get your stuff stolen. The wave isn't worth it anyway. River is full of sewage and checmicals from DOW.
